How it works!

Give us a call and we'll make an appointment to see you at a time and place convenient to you.

1. At the initial meeting, a project form will be filled out to further explain your ideas. Payment of 50% of the project is due.
2. In about a 10-working day's time the first drafts will be completed. If you have email, they will be sent to your email, or they will be mailed (snail mailed) to you.
3. You then decide what to change. I like the line on proof 3 and the font on proof 5. You can even ask for another set of proofs.
4. Call, fax or email us the changes. We can provide hard copy proofs or can email electronic files (gifs or jpegs) to you. It usually takes four to five working days to design the next set of proofs.
5. If necessary, the process is repeated until the number of contracted revisions is completed & you or your client is  happy.
6. We will then supply you with hard copies & computer files on CD for the offset printer, web master, sign maker and/or your client's personal use.
7. All work can be copyrighted to you or your client with a clause that we are allowed to show your project as part of our portfolio.
8. Payment of the last 50% is due at the completion of the design.
9. We would also be glad to arrange the printing for your project.
10. This printing service includes: talking to the printer/sign maker & discussing all the details about the project, taking the files to them, checking the proofs & arranging for the finished project to be delivered to you.
